Announcement: Refers to all elements and data (such as visuals, text, audio, photographs, drawings) presented by an Advertiser under their sole responsibility to buy, rent, or sell a product or service, which is displayed on the Website and Mobile Site.
Advertiser: Refers to any individual or legal entity, of legal age, established in France, who holds an account and has submitted an announcement on the Website. An Advertiser must be connected to their Personal Account to post or manage ads. The first posting of an ad automatically creates a Personal Account for the Advertiser.
Personal Account: Refers to the free account space that every Advertiser must create and use to access the Website to post, manage, and view their ads.
JobWave: Refers to the company that publishes and operates the Website and Mobile Site, {YourCompany}, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of {YourCity} under the number {YourCompany Registration Number}, with its registered office at {YourCompany Address}.
Customer Service: Refers to the department of JobWave where Advertisers can obtain additional information. This service can be reached via email by clicking the relevant link on the Website and Mobile Site.
JobWave Service: Refers to the services provided by JobWave to Users and Advertisers through the Website and Mobile Site.
Website: Refers to the JobWave website accessible mainly via the URL https://jobwave.icu , which allows Users and Advertisers to access JobWave services over the internet.
Mobile Site: Refers to the mobile version of the JobWave site accessible via the URL https://jobwave.icu, enabling Users and Advertisers to access services via their mobile devices.
User: Any visitor who accesses JobWave services via the Website and Mobile Site and consults JobWave's services across various platforms.
Subject
These Terms and Conditions establish the contractual conditions applicable to any subscription by an Advertiser connected to their Personal Account from the Website and Mobile Site.
Acceptance
By using the website, every Advertiser fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Responsibility
JobWave is not liable for non-performance or improper performance of its services due to factors beyond its control, whether caused by the Advertiser or due to a force majeure event.
Modification of These Terms
JobWave reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Advertisers are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the affected provisions will be considered as not written, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue to apply between Advertisers and JobWave.
